Military Law
Bill Meili's military law practice draws heavily on over twenty-five years of experience as an active duty and reserve Judge Advocate General (JAG).
Our practice champions Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines – be they enlisted or officer, active or reserve – facing serious, potentially career-ending charges. Such charges include UCMJ criminal charges; adverse administrative, involuntary separations; or involuntary discharges (for either performance related issues or for alleged misconduct).
We have been focused on one primary goal since starting the practice fourteen years ago: we save careers, protect retirements, and reclaim the reputations and honor of those who serve this country.
Additionally, as an experienced, successful IRR (involuntary recall) defense military lawyer, Bill Meili emphasizes the defense and representation of anyone being involuntarily recalled out of the Individual Ready Reserve, IRR, for involuntary mobilization or on involuntary muster orders. In these IRR involuntary recall and muster situations, it is vitally important to know what your rights and legal and administrative options are, and what we can do to protect you, your family and your civilian career and retirement.
