Matter: Grievance/Criminal Case

Subject: Multiple allegations including neglect, no communication, and the reasonableness of fees.

Summary: Veteran, Board-Certified, Criminal Defense Attorney received a complaint from his client. The complaint, dismissed initially at the local level, was picked up and reactivated on appeal to the Board of Disciplinary Appeals (BODA). We were retained to defend before an investigatory panel.

Result: Complaint dismissed by a unanimous vote of the investigatory panel.

Highlight: Preserving and protecting our client's specialization status.
