Show Cause BOI Action Withdrawn by Initiating Authority
As a Lieutenant Colonel with nearly 27 years of military service, three combat tours to: Iraq, Afghanistan, and Horn of Africa, and a solid track record of exemplary military service, I found myself in the difficult and awkward situation of being forced to go before a Show Cause Board in order to justify to a Board of Inquiry why I should be retained in the Army. Not only was my continued military career in jeopardy, but most importantly – so too was my good name and honor.
Given all that was at stake for my family and me, I embarked on a comprehensive search to find the best possible attorney to handle my case.
