Dear Bill, Mike & I wanted to write and tell you how much we appreciate you and your service to us! Although we had made contact with Bill as soon as Mike received his involuntary mobilization orders, we tried to file the exemption packet ourselves. Needless to say, we tried our best but didn’t have a clue what evidence the Army was looking for. The exemption was denied. We contacted Bill again, and he was on our side immediately.
