CLIENT FIRST ATTEMPTED FILING IRR EXEMPTION PACKET HIMSELF
IRR Delay and Exemption
Client Testimonial #27 - From a client who first attempted filing the IRR exemption packet himself
Mike & I wanted to write and tell you how much we appreciate you and your service to us! We want to express to all those out there who may be struggling with what the right step is, rest assured that calling Bill is the right step! Most importantly do it quick! Although we had made contact with Bill as soon as Mike received his involuntary mobilization orders, we tried to file the exemption packet ourselves. Needless to say, we tried our best but didn’t have a clue what evidence the Army was looking for. The exemption was denied. We contacted Bill again, and he was on our side immediately. He has the wisdom, experience, and dedication to steer you through the crazy, stressful process in just the right way. He’s not just interested in you as another “client” but cares about each case in a personal way. With his help, we were able to gather the right paperwork and letters from educational sources, work sources, and family sources. He was also able to guide my husband through the process at the VA hospital. From the first time I contacted the office via email in August, receiving a personal call back within minutes (and it was a weekend!) to the final submission of our appeal packet, my husband and I were in good hands. Bill has the expertise, and more than that, the concern for those he’s working for. We should have gone with Bill from the beginning, as we found out, it’s not as easy as it seems. I am so happy to say that just last week Mike’s appeal was granted and he was favorably discharged. I have no doubt that without Bill’s help this would not be the case today.
