TestimonialsCLIENT WHO NEEDED A FRIEND AS WELL AS AN ATTORNEY
IRR Delay and Exemption Client Testimonial #28 - From a client who needed a friend as well as an attorney
I wanted to write a letter to you on behalf of all of the accomplishments in the past few weeks. Receiving orders to reactivate was for lack of better words, a shock. Making the transition, not just mentally, but physically to the civilian life is hard, reactivating made my head spin. Having to contact someone outside of my family for help wasn’t any easier, but it seemed necessary. I’ve never dealt with legal matters before, let alone hire a lawyer. Needless to say I got lucky. Bill, you guided me through a process that was so foreign to me it was like speaking Latin. Even the process itself seemed easy since all that was needed of me was to send you things when you asked for them. On 15 November 2009 I would be on my way to Ft. Benning, GA if I had not gotten a hold of you, and you had not spent all hours of the day and night preparing my case for St. Louis in the short amount of time we had. I have since then talked to a few people I know who have hired lawyers and they said things like, no I could only talk to our lawyer once a week, or that they could only deal with an assistant. Not in my case, and it made all the difference to have someone who knew what was going on talking to every member of my family on a daily basis. There was also never a time that I gave you call when I didn’t get one right back. So, in short, thank you for even taking the time to tackle my case, thank you for taking every call from me and my family seriously, no matter how small the question, and most of all thank you for you professional expertise that got my case turned around and approved very quickly. You made me feel like I had a friend fighting for me Bill, and for that I owe you one.
Very Respectfully, SSG KB Return To Testimonials …
