The entire formal process took 6 weeks to investigate, prepare and submit. Behind the scenes Bill quietly and effectively worked his contacts for guidance as well as support. It all came together with an outcome that was positive for all parties. Since that time Bill has remained in contact with me regarding my status and whether there have been any follow up problems.
